Highest Quality Stoneware
We have never had a return, however if you receive a Studio 55 item that you are not happy with or is broken in transit, we will replace that item at no charge. We double wrap all pieces and pack extremely carefully to ensure that all pieces make it our customers safely, however, occasionally an item does get damaged in transit. We will make and replace that item at our cost and only ask our customers to pay for shipping of the replacement.
